Indian Lake Village

Indian Lake Village is a sprawling, 400-acre mixed-use development designed as a “city within a city,” featuring over 1,000,000 square feet of office and retail space, more than 1,200 residential units, and a 29-acre park with an adjacent community library. Spanning two highway exits, the development includes a public-private partnership for two miles of roadway and was involved in an $18 million TIF. Its impact extends to the creation of thousands of jobs and generating millions in tax revenue for the city, solidifying its role as a major economic and community hub.
