Lightbridge Academy

Lightbridge Academy in Hendersonville, TN, is a purpose-built early childhood education center spanning two acres with approximately 10,500 square feet of learning space. With a $6 million total investment, the project broke ground in August 2022 and was completed by June 2023. Designed to support both children and working families, its "Circle of Care" philosophy fosters community and child development through an interactive curriculum. The center created approximately 25 new jobs, accommodates up to 150 students, and contributes an estimated $1.5 million annually to the local economy through a build-to-suit, lease-back model.
